The plumber that came by to fix our water slab leak was awesome! Not only did he repair the leak; he also located another major leak we were completely unaware of. He fixed that as well as also, helped fix some other issues we had with the bath tub area. The plumber was super courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and above all very sincere and honest with us. It was quite refreshing to have a professional do such a wonderful job. I priced shopped around before calling Platinum Plumbing, and they are the most reasonable, affordable, honest, and most importantly responsive Plumbing company I had ever talked to. I definitely will use them again if needed in the future and I sincerely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable and very knowledgeable plumbers to fix their plumbing. Let's face it, no one wants to pay for plumbing to be done on their home, but most especially no one wants to deal with terrible shorty plumbers, and quite frankly we see that these days. But, NOT WITH Platinum Plumbing! I give them a Platinum Star if it would allow me. 😊
