Q: Is there a Trip Charge?
No we do not believe in charging for a visit to your home.
Q: Will you supply a water heater or will I?
EIther way is completely acceptable.
Q: Do you haul off the old water heater?
Yes. All Work Will Be Completely Cleaned And Trash Hauled Away
